8 BAD HABITS THAT CAN DAMAGE YOUR KIDNEYS AND YOU DO THEM EVERY DAY! YOU SHOULD START AVOIDING THEM IMMEDIATELY!

Kidneys present one of the most needed organs in our body. They have a lot of functions in our organism, which without them we can’t survive.

The kidneys must filter 120-160 quarts of blood to only produce 1-2 quarts of urine.

In addition to this post we are going to present you several bad habits which will make your body improperly functioning and damage your kidneys.

  1. Not employing your bladder

When nature is giving you, you need to accept it. You can’t retain your urine in the bladder. The pressure will be increased and the kidneys will be damaged.

  1. Not drinking enough water

The water must be consumed properly, you need to take from 2 till 4 liters of water daily, so the kidneys will function properly.

  1. High salt consumption

You can’t consume a lot of salt, because your kidneys will be a bad influenced by it. The salt  has negative role for all of the organs, because it will make them harm.

  1. Regular use of analgesic

If you use too often medicaments, your kidneys will be damaged, because they need to process natural ingredients in case to function properly.

  1. High protein diet

Excessive consumption of red meat and other protein-based foods can increase the risk of developing kidney disease despite  protein is good for your health. Too much protein in your diet can harm the kidneys , recent study, conducted by group of experts at the Harvard University, has discovered . The byproduct of protein digestion is ammonia – a toxin your hard-working kidneys need to neutralize. More protein means more effort for the kidneys, which can, over time, lead to decreased function.

  1. Too much alcohol consumption

You don’t have to consume too much alcohol because it is very harmful for your kidneys. They can’t process the alcohol when it is in overdoses.

You need to consume in normal doses, so the kidneys will work properly.

  1. Consuming too much caffeine

We often consume more caffeine than we think we do. It features in many  sodas and soft drinks , and before you know it, your kidneys start complaining and your blood pressure goes through the roof .

  1. Ignoring common Infections

Ignoring common infections like coughs, pharyngitis, tonsillitis , colds, the flu,  and others can also cause huge damage to your kidneys. People who have kidney disease often have a history of not resting when they are sick. Moreover, people with kidney disease are more sensitive to weather changes and often get sick.

You need to take care of your kidneys because they have the main role in your survival.
